Market Updates: Daily or weekly listing updates are provided to you via phone, fax, e-mail, or mail.
Helpful Resources: I have access to vast resources to make life easier for buyers-detailed school and community information, public records databases, and much, much more.
Market Analysis for Your Chosen Property: Before making an offer, I prepare a written market analysis on your chosen property and advise you on negotiating strategies, including an initial offering price. Offer Preparation, Presentation, and Negotiation I’ll prepare your offer and negotiate your contract in a skillful manner, to ensure you get the best buy possible.
Upon Closing: I will give you the keys to your new home.
