Seller’s Services

As a home seller in today’s market, you want the most money, in the least time, with the least inconvenience. You also want competent help in making decisions, someone to both manage the marketing process, and handle the details and mechanics of the sale. Plus, you want to be kept informed.

My Full Service Plan (Total commission due by seller at time of closing is 5.5% — Buyer’s Agent would receive 3% and Austin Homes, Realtors® would receive 2.5% as the Listing Agent. If I find the buyer you only pay a total commission of only 4%.

This is a great plan! This is a listing just like that offered by all the other real estate brokers except we do this at a discount to save you money! With this plan, we will provide you with the following services:

You get a Comparative Market Analysis
for the value of your home.
I will help you Review and Negotiate all offers and help you throughout the closing process.
I will put up to 25 pictures in the MLS. I will help you to get your home decor in order
I will market your home on Professional Websites, i.e. Craigslist, Google Base and more. I will help you with the Title Companies, appraisers, inspectors, lawyers, loan offices and other agents throughout the process
You will get A Realtor® Lock Box put
on your home.
If your home doesn’t sell then you don’t pay anything
I put my professional sign in your yard. A great deal for people looking to saving money, but not lose anything in the service area.
You will get home flyers placed in a box outside your home next to the sign.
